Bruce Thao is Founder & CEO of LIT Consulting [Lead | Inspire | Transform], whose mission is to help individuals show up as their best and full selves. Bruce uses multiple modalities to provide holistic healing and coaching to his clients, including reiki energy healing, guided meditation and angel tarot card readings. Bruce’s healing practice centers communities most impacted by historical trauma and oppression at the intersections of race, sexual orientation, gender identity, spirituality, class and more. He brings over a decade of research and practice in understanding, unpacking and healing from historical trauma. Bruce’s approach is also grounded in honoring his ancestors, the earth, and the inherent wisdom and resilience of the clients he serves. <\/p>\n

Offerings & Rates<\/h4>\n\n\n

My rate for one-on-one sessions is $100 per hour. Depending on the services requested, sessions typically last between 1 to 1.5 hours. I believe everyone should have access to energy healing and quality life coaching, especially people of color, indigenous folks, and queer\/trans\/gender non-binary folks. Therefore I am happy to discuss my fees in an attempt to find a sliding scale that works with your personal situation.<\/p>\n\n\n
